Returns & Refunds:
No returns on used books and booklets.
We offer refunds on all printed products (shirts, pillows, etc.) if it is damaged or defective. Please email (email@example.com) your order information and a photo of the damaged product, so we can process your refund. If your return is accepted, we'll work with you to complete the refund process. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
